Privacy Notice
When using Microsoft 365 Office Online, your documents will be processed by Microsoft servers. Only activate this integration if you are aware of the data privacy implications and have obtained necessary user consent. Please review Microsoft's privacy policy and ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.).

Sendent for Office allows you to utilize your Microsoft 365 subscription, with the end goal to get Office Online (web interface) working in Nextcloud. Supported apps include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Warning: In case you wish to use Sendent for Office, be aware that Microsoft still processes your data, also there is no garantuee in which region your data is being processed.

Steps to get this working:

Request your Sendent for Office license with Sendent.
Install Sendent for Office app in Nextcloud
Apply your license in Sendent for Office.
Your license makes available a domain, which needs to point to your Nextcloud instance. Example: xyz.w.sfo365.eu is made available to you, which in turn points to (DNS CNAME) cloud.example.com.
From there ensure that your reverse proxy is setup to respond fully with abc123.c.sendent.cloud, with the same settings you would use for your own Nextcloud domain. The end-goal is that a valid response is given from the domain that is made available for you.
Request a SSL certificate (Let’sEncrypt or anything else) against xyz.w.sfo365.eu (valid SSL certificate is manditory!).

With these steps done, you have Microsoft 365 Office Online working in Nextcloud.
