Nextcloud in your mail client
Four integrations, one per mail client. They all do the same two things: send an attachment as a Nextcloud share link, and integrate with Nextcloud Talk. Pick the one that matches the client your users open.

Attachment size limits stop applying, since the mail carries a link.
The file stays in your own Nextcloud. No third party copy.
Passwords, expiry dates and revoking access work as usual on those links.
Everything happens in the compose window, so there is nothing new to teach.
