How to Download the Latest Version of Sendent for Outlook (Windows Only)

Prerequisites

Ensure that the Sendent server app is installed in your Nextcloud instance. You can find and install it from the Nextcloud App Store.
Obtain a valid Sendent license key. Visit our website to explore your licensing options.

1. Log in to Nextcloud using an administrator account. Proceed to Nextcloud settings by following the steps below.

2. Click on your user avatar or name in the top right corner of the Nextcloud interface and then click on the "Administration Settings" option.

3. From the sidebar menu, click on the Sendent option.

Sendent is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. To determine which version is suitable for your Microsoft Office installation, check the Office version information. Note that while most Windows installations are 64-bit, Microsoft Office can still be 32-bit. Please confirm the appropriate version for your Office setup

4. Ensure you are on the General tab.

5. Click the Download link to download the latest version of Sendent.

Sendent subscribers will receive an email every time a new version is released.

6. To determine your Outlook version, open Outlook and go to the File tab in the Ribbon.

7. Navigate to Office Account and click on the About Outlook button.

8. At the top of this About page, you'll find information about the build and if your Outlook version is 64 or 32-bit.

Once you have determined your Outlook version, follow the steps below to download and install Sendent.

To verify the version number of the Sendent app you are currently running, you can check it in one of the following locations:

On your Windows PC: Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Find the Sendent app in the list of installed programs, and the version number will be displayed in the Version column.
In Outlook: Open the Sendent app's Settings dialog. The version number will be shown at the bottom of the settings window.
